Katsuya has never looked better. The well-known Glendale restaurant at The Americana at Brand has a completely new menu and look. Katsuya now has a larger first floor bar, more indoor and outdoor seats, along with an updated patio courtesy of SBE. The new menu now features 60 new dishes with lots of grilled items and noodle cuisines, all made possible by Chef Katsuya Uechi and SBE corporate chef Danny Elmaleh who joined forces to revamp Katsuya’s Glendale menu. With the new look and new menu, Katsuya’s business is sure to be booming.
