Actor/director Vincent Gallo has listed his 2,610-square-foot unit in Biscuit Lofts in the Arts District. Featuring three bathrooms and a third-floor bedroom, unit 102 spans three levels and includes a wrap-around private balcony.

Gallo’s unit is located in downtown L.A.’s Biscuit Lofts, which was originally the west coast headquarters of The National Biscuit Company. Designed by E.J. Eckle, the building was constructed in 1925 and quickly became “an architectural sensation,” according to the Frank Bruno Team. Building amenities include a saline pool with outdoor showers, a fire pit, gym and barbecues. Vastly reduced property taxes in the building are possible because of what is known as the Mills Act.

The unit, which faces southwest, includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms, ultra-high ceilings and a private entry in addition to the lobby entry. Design details include exposed brick, African tiger-wood floors, marble bathtubs and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, reports LA Curbed.
