Those who love spicy tuna will enjoy fusion rolls like the Blaine, which adds avocado, jalapeno, spicy rice and sweet soy as well as the Lourd, a mixture of tempura flakes, avocado, spicy rice, mango and jalapeno sauce.

You'll adore the fusion sushi at Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Beverly Hills eatery. His Japanese fare has a Peruvian influence, which makes the dishes innovative and exotic. His spicy tuna roll is a treat.
