Music superstar Kanye West and his reality TV star girlfriend Kim Kardashian have started to set down roots by purchasing a $11 million home in the gated Bel Air Crest community following their public announcement that they are expecting their first child together.
Celebrity news site TMZ first reported that the future parents have already gutted the mansion and plan on creating their own 14,000-square-foot dream home. The site notes that West and Kardashian finalized the deal a few weeks ago and as construction gets underway, reports indicate they plan on making it an “Italian-style villa, which will include high-end features like a gym, movie theater, beauty salon, bowling alley, basketball court and an indoor and outdoor pool.”
Other celebrities who call the extremely private area of Bel Air home include Chris Paul, Joe Francis and Jennifer Aniston.
