1. PicassoMaybe it’s Julian Serrano’s cuisine with hints of the Mediterranean. Maybe it’s the view of the Fountains at the Bellagio. Maybe it’s the collection of Picassos on the wall. Maybe it’s the cellar filled with 1,500 wines. Make Picasso a stop when romance is in order. You can add a little flair to the night by requesting table 34, where Danny and Tess Ocean dined in “Ocean’s Eleven.”

2. ScarpettaWe like the cozy booths at Scott Conant’s Scarpetta at the new Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for a romantic evening. Dine on modern interpretations of Italian cuisine and sup on one of the 3,000 wines in the cellar. We can’t complain about the views either.

3. AureoleNeed we say more than flying wine angels fetching your wine from a four-story wine tower? We can. Seasonal New American dishes from chef Charlie Palmer make this a dining treat, but it’s the setting they always draws us in. Enter through a grand entryway to glide down stairs to the spectacular room with patio seating around a pond. But the true draw of the room is the wine tower, where harnessed angels flit and fly about to pull your selection from the great list. Executive Pastry Chef Megan Romano’s desserts can’t be missed, so leave plenty of room.

4. Bartolotta Ristorante di MareChef Paul Bartolotta’s eponymous restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas is simply swoon-worthy. From the fresh fish flown in daily from the Mediterranean to the tableside presentations, your date will be in awe. But request one of the romantic cabanas around the lagoon for some privacy if you plan to present her with something big like a ring.

5. Restaurant Guy SavoyLas Vegas is the only place in the United States where can you find Guy Savoy’s French cuisine. The decor here closely resembles the look and feel of Savoy’s original in Paris and only seats 75. For something truly romantic, dine on the 10-course Menu Prestige with signature dishes such as the silky artichoke and black truffle Soup, colors of caviar and the delicately spiced crispy sea bass. Or request the Krug Champagne room for a menu paired with vintage Krug Champagne for $750 per person.
