Ronald Reagan’s Pacific Palisades Home Listed for $4.999 Million

The Pacific Palisades home previously owned by Roland and Nancy Reagan has hit the real estate market for $4.999 million. Featuring sweeping panoramic views of the Riviera, the Pacific Ocean and the Getty Center, the environmentally friendly home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

According to LA Curbed, the 4,764-square-foot home was designed by architect William R. Stephenson and was used as a “General Electric Showcase house in 1956.” Outfitted with numerous environmentally friendly features, the home was owned by President Reagan from 1957 to 1981.

Redfin reports that the home sits on nearly 2/3 of an acre and features a long private gated driveway, indoor courtyard, gardens, open living spaces, high ceilings and a den with a wet bar and built-ins.
