Haute Event: Seth MacFarlane Honored at Variety’s Power of Comedy Celebration

The newest Academy Awards host has already accepted another honor.

Seth MacFarlane, best known as the creator of Family Guy, was honored at Variety’s 3rd Annual Power of Comedy Award ceremony over the weekend for his ability to make people laugh.
