Mel Gibson’s Malibu Digs Sells for Nearly $9.2M

Mel Gibson has always been one of the most talked about celebs in the beachfront community of Lavender Hill Farm in Serra Retreat. Well as of now, the Gibsons have officially sold their Malibu home for a much lower asking price of $9,261,250.

Originally Gibson has listed his home for $14.5 million, but later relisted the home for $11.25 million. The property includes six bedrooms, three guesthouses, a two-story entertainment pavilion, detached media room, a pool, tennis court, gym, two offices and spa, along with multiple fireplaces and hardwood floors.

Mel Gibson is no stranger to drama with his many sexist, violent and racist threats, even allegations of physical assault against his recent love interest, Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva. The two became romantically involved back in 2009, following the birth of their daughter. Since then, the couple called it quits in 2010 and share custody of their daughter.

The new buyer of the Lavender Hill Farm is Mike Fleiss, the multimillionaire founder of ABC’S “The Bachelor.”
