Brad Grey, head of Paramount, has listed the Holmby Hills land that used to belong to Frank Sinatra for $20 million.

Grey purchased Sinatra’s old family house in Holmby Hills, had a wedding there, listed it on the market, relisted it as a teardown for $20 million and then tore it down himself and is now listing the land for $20 million.

According to the listing, the land is located in a “park-like setting” and features 2.15 acres, is “entirely useable for new construction” and has enormous design potential. The home that used to be there had seven bedrooms, an outdated design, low ceilings and poor placement on the property’s land. The listing notes that they home was razed so that a new owner could see the land’s true potential.

The land is located at 320 N. Carolwood in Holmby Hills.
