Haute Event: Chelsea Houska Turns 21 at Social House

“Teen Mom 2” star Chelsea Houska celebrated her 21st birthday at Social House in Crystals at CityCenter. on Saturday night.
Arriving around 8 p.m., the reality star was escorted to her table where she was joined by four of her closest friends. For the special occasion Houska and her guests ordered Yellowtail crispy jalapeño sashimi, black cod Bibb lettuce cups, Kobe hanger steak and an assortment of rolls all paired with a bottle of Riesling wine.
Later in the evening the young starlet was surprised with a dessert platter filled with an assortment of specialty sweets including mochi ice cream, dark chocolate lava cake, yuzu frangipane and more.
