Cure your Monday blues at Station Hollywood at the ground floor of The W Hollywood Hotel with their newly launched Monday Movie Nights. Movie aficionados and football fans alike will be treated to cult classics (9-11 p.m.) and Monday Night Football on one of the only 35-foot outdoor screens in the city, along with an intimate ambiance, and cinema-themed cocktails and small bites from executive chef Sascha Lyon. Bonus: Expect special guest appearances from directors, writers and producers in a Q&A session throughout the series.

Summer may be coming to a close, but the Thompson Beverly Hills Hotel is continuing its rooftop screening series through Sept. 25. Every Tuesday starting at 9 p.m., blockbuster thrillers to classic American romantic comedies will set the scene at the rooftop-turned-cinema with cabanas and poolside seating. Specialty cocktails, old-fashioned bottled sodas and classic movie theatre candies will be available from the Caulfield’s classic menu or a special “Director’s Cut” menu.

This Saturday will be the last day to enjoy the roaming outdoor movie, food truck and live music series, as it makes its final event of the summer at the Westwood Recreation Center with a screening of the original Karate Kid. Doors open at 5:30 p.m, while local band So Many Wizards take the stage at 7 p.m. Before the film starts at 8:30 p.m., grab a bite from the Flatiron Truck, The Fry Girl, Jogasaki Burrito, and Coolhaus trucks.

The iconic Hollywood hotel will continue its outdoor movie nights through the end of September per weather-permitting conditions. The weekly poolside screenings will take place at the Tropicana with a film at sundown and will include special guests, movie-themed cocktails and $8 bites based on the movie.
