Law & Order: SVU star and perennial Emmy contender (until this year) Mariska Hargitay plunked down $10.7 million for a townhouse in the West 80s just off Central Park. The 18-foot-wide, six-bedroom, nine-bath property was initially listed at $11.5 million, nearly triple the price it sold for just three years ago. The townhouse includes a sunroom with two terraces, double-height ceilings and an elevator. Unlike her former co-star Chris Meloni, Hargitay did not add a Porsche to the listing to sweeten the eight-figure deal.
