The Breakers Palm Beach has collaborated with renowned hospitality designer Adam Tihany to create an exclusive new culinary experience. Set in a completely reimagined space, the bar concept will open this far and include, among other things, an extensive menu of innovative take on small plates representing multiple cuisines, a carefully curated wine list and handcrafted cocktails.

Designed as an ode to the classic Palm Beach cocktail culture, the upcoming Breakers culinary experience will enchant its guests.

Nick Velardo, food and beverage director at The Breakers said, “Our goal is for each dining experience to be recognized in its own right with the appeal of a freestanding restaurant. As a destination independent of chain affiliation and unhampered by template concepts, we are passionate about delivering a variety of high quality dining experiences.”

According to Breakers president, Paul Leone, “The Breakers strives to continually offer engaging new experiences and guest-feedback informed us that a new, distinctive bar is in great demand. With that in mind, we turned to Adam Tihany, the creative visionary behind the restaurant designs of New York’s Per Se, Jean Georges and Le Cirque 2000, and many of the best restaurant venues around the globe, to re-imagine the historic Florentine Loggia (formerly the Tapestry Bar and L’Escalier) as a captivating destination, stylish and sophisticated, reflecting the highest level of service, products and ambiance.”
