Restaurant at Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach Listed in Esquire Magazine
Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, an exclusive member of The Haute Hotel Network, has been recognized for its culinary excellence. Esquire magazine recently included 1500° on their list of The Best New Restaurants of 2011. The list was compiled and written by noted food and wine author John Mariani. This prestigious honor means even more for 1500° considering it was the only Florida restaurant to be included on the list. Executive Chef Paula DaSilva is no doubt a large contributing factor to the restaurant’s success – people have been raving about the food since the day the restaurant opened back in 2010.
Chef DaSilva’s menu is simple and sophisticated and uses only the finest ingredients. The interior is decorated elegantly, and can accommodate everyone from couples to families with children.
