Sam Nazarian is bringing his Midas touch to a different market and plans to open a high-end luxury hotel in New York.
The SBE Entertainment Group chairman and chief executive officer is spending a cool $85 million to bring the first SLS Hotel to Manhattan.
Working with the New York-based Moin Development Corp. the owner of Hyde, Katsuya and Cleo will construct a 20-story hotel with rooftop bar at 444 Park Ave. South, at 30th Street.
