San Francisco Absinthe Group to Offer 5 Course Dinner at James Beard House

James Beard House will be gearing up for an Absinthe experience by the Absinthe Group on Thursday, July 19, 2012. An elegant event that includes a five-course dinner, signature cocktails and wine pairings prepared by Absinthe Brasserie & Bars Executive Chef Adam Keough, Sommelier Aaron Wasserman, Boxing Rooms Executive Chef Justin Simoneaux, award winning Bartender Jeff Hollinger courtesy of Comstock Saloons and Executive Pastry-Chef Bill Corbett.

Absinthe Brasserie and Bar in San Francisco Hayes Valley has been known for years of great service and lively décor, in fact the restaurant will be looking forward to celebrating their 15th anniversary, in January 2013. Since joining the Absinthe family in 2010, Chefs Kenough and Corbett have shared their impressive talents that have attributed to the restaurant receiving a three-star review. Also, Absinthe Brasserie and Bar has been added to the Top 100 Bay Area Restaurants in the San Francisco Chronicle for 2011 and 2012, not to mention San Francisco magazine awarded Corbett as Best Pastry Chef 2011.
