Meat for HEAT: Dive Into Meat Market’s Exclusive NBA Finals Menu

Attention Miami HEAT fans: satisfy your appetite with delectable dishes by Chef Sean Brasel of local culinary hotspot, Meat Market.

Levy Restaurant, the official restaurant partner of the American Airlines Arena, chose Chef Brasel to bring an exclusive menu to the arena during the 2012 NBA Finals. Located near the middle of Lincoln Road, Meat Market has been a tasty, local haven for Miami’s food connoisseurs. The posh restaurant brings a sophisticated crowd with an energy that is centered around the bar. Known best for their prime cuts of beef, acclaimed Chef Brasel adds equally delicious seafood and poultry dishes to his menus, bringing a creative spin to American cuisine.

And what better restaurant than Meat Market to take part in this particular collaboration, since the eatery also happens to be a frequent hangout for both HEAT and visiting team basketball players.

The exclusive menu will be featured on all Suite and Flagship Lounge menus during the Finals games against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Also available will be a signature Meat Market dish featured at the concession stands.

The menu boasts a variety of mouth-watering features including the Asian BBQ Lamb Ribs, White Truffle Beef Tar-Tar with parmesan toasts, Prime Marinated Deckle Steak and Boneless Short Rib with lobster risotto. Add on the Lobster Mashed Potatoes and there’s a good chance HEAT fans might not make it back to their seats.
