Haute Event: Le Cirque Wine Tasting Toasts A Boca Raton Penthouse

On Thursday night Director of DouglasElliman Boca Raton Senada Adzem hosted a wine tasting at Le Cirque that also spotlighted Il Paradiso, a fresh-on-the-market property that is Palm Beach county’s biggest penthouse apartment. The property’s 11,662 square feet are spread over two floors, and are actually the result of renovations that turned four smaller penthouses into one stately residence with sweeping ocean views. Referring to its combination of classic decor and nautical setting, Adzem described the home as “Park Avenue on the beach.” Il Paradiso is listed at $9.85 million.

Guests, the male contingent dressed in Le Cirque’s mandatory jackets–drank Forever Young wine and enjoyed crab cakes, lamb croquettes and other hors d’oeuvres as a highlight reel of Douglas Elliman’s South Florida trophy properties splashed across a projection screen. Adzem, whose Bosnian childhood included time spent in bomb shelters, has become a star at Douglas Elliman and has grown its relatively new Boca division into a potent force with 200 agents representing some of the East Coast’s most valuable real estate.
