Eden House, the first luxury boutique property under the Eden Roc brand, had a successful start as the 15-story condominium was launched onto the real estate market. Located just north of the Eden Roc Resort at 6700 Indian Creek, the waterfront condos were available for purchase by a select clientele in which Key International sold 93 of the 98 units available in only two weeks.
Eden House will be similar to the luxurious modernization of Eden Roc Renaissance. The three-story lobby will include a private library, a wall-length fireplace and an LCD display with décor by Armani Casa, Missoni, Poliform and Poltrona Frau. The one, two and three-bedroom condos designed by architect Kobi Karp, have floor to ceiling walls of glass, stainless steel appliances and European cabinetry.
Outside this tropical haven is a water sport and beach activity center where residents can lounge on the private beach or take advantage of the jet skis, paddleboards and kayaks available. Select residents will be offered a private beach club membership at the Eden Roc Resort.
One of the most impressive amenities is the five-star concierge. Want to jet set to Paris tomorrow afternoon? The global concierge service handles worldwide restaurant reservations, private jet rentals and will even take care of your dry cleaning.
In celebration of the Eden House, a “50 Years of Glamour” party will be held on June 14th at the Eden Roc for buyers, brokers, prospective buyers and VIP’s. The party will have a vintage Miami theme and guests are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite 50s attire.
