The 22-story tower has 49 expansive residences each overlooking the ocean. Inspired by Carlos Ott and designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa, each condo displays immense style with floor-to-ceiling windows, first-class residential services and private balconies. The two, three or four bedroom condos are energy efficient and include a wireless smart screen tablet with access to the buildings amenities.
Apogee Beach is pre-wired with advanced technology, making it both a luxurious and contemporary “Smart Building”. Also available to residents are an oceanfront pool deck and cabanas, a spa and fitness center, multi-generational game room, theater and a Resident Club Room and Lounge.
