The Palihouse Holloway is now opening its doors for more than just a hotel stay. Now developer Paligroup is placing eight penthouse units for sale. So now guests will have the opportunity to purchase all two stories that range from 1,195 to 1,875 square feet of space that sits on the third floor. These luxury units feature parking from the hotel and a separate entrance and as an added bonus buyers have many options that include laundry, housekeeping and concierge. According to a press release, the units have “a blend of classic and contemporary furnishings and artwork as well as top-of-the line appliances.” In 2008 these residences were unveiled as suites along with the entire hotel. “These units were originally built and designed with the intention for future sale,” said Paligroup head Avi Brosh. All the units are listed from $795,000 to $1.395 million according to Sotheby’s.
