Hailing from the famous Nobu, executive chef Piyarat Arreeratnset set out to create Oishi Thai, a distinctively gourmet take on Thai and Japanese cuisine. Menu standouts include the Oishi Swimming Angel Jumbo Shrimp (grilled jumbo shrimp topped with peanut sauce served on a bed of steamed broccoli and sliced tomato, and the lamb (basil sauce, garlic sauce, green curry, Panang curry, Massaman curry or lamb sizzling Oishi thai style).
