Next month Bloomingdale’s in Dubai will unveil Le Pamplemousse, a new limited-edition fragrance by renowned bespoke perfumer, Lyn Harris. The scent is inspired by the groves of aromatic grapefruit trees which grow in the organic gardens at La Palmeraie in Marrakesh, Morocco.
The fragrance fuses the fresh and fruity scent of grapefruit with rich earthy notes. The crisp and citrus tones consist of sharp, bitter grapefruit, tangy rhubarb and green melon combined with delicate Moroccan orange flowers, clary sage and rosemary. These sit on a grounding base of dewy vetiver, tree moss and aromatic Moroccan cedar. The limited edition Eau de Parfum will be presented in an exclusively designed 50ml bottle priced at 570 AED and placed within a beautiful collector’s edition box accompanied by a felt travel pouch.
