Meloni is listing his 3,000 square-foot midtown condo for $12,000,000–those L&O syndication royalties clearly pay–and, as added incentive, is throwing a 2013 Porsche Panamera Hybrid into the deal. The vehicular door prize–valued at $96,000–comes with a catch: you must snatch up the apartment by June 1 if you want it included.
The property at 230 West 56th Street is impressive in its own right, with jaw-dropping views of Central Park just to the north. But considering Meloni took a slight loss on his last apartment sale, it’s probably wise he doesn’t take chances.
