Canadian teen singing sensation Justin Bieber has just purchased a new home in Calabasas for $6.5 million. As a first-time homebuyer, and recent high school graduate, Bieber’s big purchase recently appeared on public records.
The home, which was built in 2005, is located in a gated community in Los Angeles and features a 10,000-square-foot main house on 1.3 acres of land. The “transitional French” styled property includes a library, movie theater with stadium seating, a swimming pool, expansive lawn, a wine cellar and wet bar and a high-ceiling foyer.
The property was previously listed at $8.75 million and previous owners include Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole Murphy.
Bieber was discovered by fellow singer Usher through YouTube videos and catapulted to worldwide stardom at a very young age. At just 18-years-old, Bieber has sold more than 15 million copies of his albums.
