What’s new in Miami, you ask? The Acqualina Resort has designed an extension of the brand and will be constructing the all-new Mansions this fall.
Of the mansions, design duo Isabel and Todd Tragash have styled Villa di Acqua, a 4,600-square-foot residence being called The “Model Mansion.” Stringray leather, stones and mosaics from Israel, South Africa and Turkey are just a few of the luxurious and exotic materials used to adorn the mansions under the Tragashs’ vision.
The work at Villa di Acqua is unlike other residential properties; particularly in the way the design represents a great usage of natural and traditional materials in a fresh and contemporary way.
The Acqualina Resort will break ground this fall with $210 million in hard contracts. Two $16 million penthouses have already been sold, ensuring the expected success of Miami’s newest addition.
