Haute Event: Gordon Ramsay Checks Out Snow Patrol at the Cosmopolitan

Gordon Ramsay at Snow Patrol

On Saturday night, Snow Patrol mesmerized a packed crowd as part of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ summer entertainment experience at the resort’s Boulevard Pool. The alternative rock band is comprised of singer Gary Lightbody, bassist Paul Wilson, guitarist Nathan Connolly, drummer Jonny Quinn and keyboardist Tom Simpson.

The Scottish/Irish five-piece released their sixth album, Fallen Empires, in Jan. of this year after an inspiring road trip across California. With a career spanning 15 years, they continue to impress after their breakout release of Eyes Open, which led “Chasing Cars” to spend 104 weeks on the UK Top 75. The Grammy-nominated band dove headfirst into some of their most well known songs including “Run” and “Chasing Cars.”  As the evening progressed, concert goers were treated to fan favorites such as “In My Arms,”  “Take Back The City” and “Shut Your Eyes.”  Capping off their set, attendees left ignited by the band’s vibrant live show.

Among the crowd was celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, who enjoyed the performance under the Boulevard Pool’s moonlit sky.
