Over the past few years, Zsa Zsa Gabor’s luxury Bel Air home has been off and on the market, but surprisingly with several price cuts. Recently, the home has been placed back on the market at a whopping $14.9 million, a $2 million increase from its original asking price. Since 2006, the real estate market has cautioned monthly gains in home values. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gabor, 95 and husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt’s home was priced extremely low, for a home that the starlet made her own since 1974.

The 26-room home has so much history, especially its guests like Frank Sinatra, Presidents Bush: George H.W. and George W., Ronald Reagan, and Elizabeth Taylor, making the home very much worth its value. Even in the 1960s, Howard Hughes once leased the home, but rumors of Elvis Presley being a former owner are false.

The grand property, features 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, giant master suite, dining room, grand salon, a pool, and so much more, all in 8,878 square-feet of space, making the massive home extremely too large for the lovely couple. Plus Gabor’s medical bills have increased, causing a financial strain. Gabor’s daughter Constance Francesca Gabor has even filed a lawsuit for conservatorship, because of von Anhalt neglecting to pay mortgage payments. In February, a recording of notice of default was placed against the Bel Air home.

Based on a 30 year mortgage, assuming 20 percent down payment, a monthly payment would cost $ 54,294, according to the mortgage calculator.
