With various luxury retailers calling this South Beach destination home, including Y-3, Osklen, Alchemist and Taschen; the 1111 building on Lincoln Road is one of Miami's premier shopping area. The buzzing Design District has quickly garnered the attention of Miami shoppers through its laidback-yet-polished hospitality hotspots. A cultural playground of sorts, the area boasts outlets of high-end fashion houses like Christian Louboutin and Maison Martin Margiela as well as option-ridden retailers like En Avance boutique. That being said, it’s no surprise that Dior chose this up-and-coming neighborhood for its pop-up shop during Art Basel 2011.
