Chef Joseph Liebowitz creates elegant breakfasts with his American cuisine with French influences. You’ll feel like you’re dining in a private dining room surrounded by gorgeous poolside and garden views. Look for huckleberry buttermilk pancakes and white chocolate and orange bread French toast at this quiet respite tucked away in the Wynn’s Tower Suites. Each is the perfect way to start the day.

5. Hash House A Go GoYou imagine that co-founders Craig "Andy" Beardslee, executive chef, and Johnny Rivera grew up on farms in Indiana among Paul Bunyon-types. The portions are massive at Hash House A Go Go. The pancake takes up an entire plate. Scrambles make you wonder just how many eggs you can cook at once.
