Salvatore Ferragamo Flagship Re-opens on Fifth Avenue

Salvatore Ferragamo celebrated its Fifth Avenue flagship re-opening, along with the launch of its luxury getaway guidebook Mr. & Mrs. Smith Hotel Collection: Italy, last night in NYC. The soiree was to benefit The Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s Pediatric Family Housing Endowment.

The completely revamped Fifth Avenue store–Ferragamo’s largest in the world–is beautifully redone and ultra luxurious and houses an exclusive curation of Creative Director Massimiliano Giornetti’s S/S 2012 runway collection. Attendees at last night’s “Summer Holiday” themed celebration included hosts Massimo and Chiara Ferragamo along with MSKCC chairpeople Nina Garcia Conrod, Eugenie Niven Goodman, Emilia Fanjul Pfeifler and Gretchen Gunlocke Fenton. Other guests included James Ferragamo, Frederic Fekkai and Shirin Von Wulffen, Natalie Obradovitch, Daniel Benedict, Eugenie Niven Goodman and more, while DJ and Beyoncé’s little sister Solange Knowles provided the beats.
