Vegas Uncork’d attendees should be saving their appetites for the May event, especially since Haute 100 chef Michael Mina is participating.
Praised for his cuisine expertise and subsequent outposts (Bourbon Steak, anyone?), Mina will be participating in the annual foodie event. Other chefs participating include fellow Haute 100 lister Wolfgang Puck, Guy Savoy and Bobby Flay.
