Frog is the Coolest Place You Can Get Frozen Yogurt
Today Twitter is a dominant force in raising awareness and starting trends. Through hash tags a cause or funny saying can spread like wildfire. #Kony2012 and #YOLO instantly come to mind. Well here at Haute Living, I’m starting my own Twitter trend, #FROYO, short for frozen yogurt in honor of Frog frozen yogurt in Hollywood.
This healthy and sweet pop-up serves 10 flavors, which have been approved by the National Yogurt Association for live and active cultures, so you know every bite you take is tasty and good for the body. Frog also has a wide selection of vegan, non-fat, dairy-free, gluten-free and low to no sugar frozen yogurts. You’ll have to visit Frog more than once; with over 40 toppings to choose from deciding on the perfect pairing can be daunting. Will it be snickers and heath bar today or strawberry and kiwi?
Along with yogurts, Frog displays cool art and designs from local artists. Each of the pieces is available for purchase and all the proceeds go to a charity of the artist’s choosing. Can I get a karma boost on that yogurt?
Frog doesn’t miss a beat with social-media promotion, fans of Frog can vote for the yogurt of the month via Twitter or Facebook. For April, the “superfruit sorbet,” a mixture of blueberry, raspberry, acai and pomegranate won the heart of voters. #FROYO
If you want to get in on the action you can visit Frog’s Facebook page, website or follow them on twitter @froghollywood.
