Fourth Annual The Quail Motorcycle Gathering to Feature Historical Bikes

Carmel, Calif. will soon play host to the fourth annual The Quail Motorcycle Gathering.  The May 5 event, held at Quail Lodge Golf Club, will pay tribute to the evolution of the motorcycle by showcasing legendary bikes from the past and concepts for the future.

On display will be Marty Dickerson’s “Blue Bike” and Dan Gurney’s “Alligator Bike,” two of the world’s most historic motorbikes. Following the showcase of bikes will be a barbeque picnic and live music entertainment.

Prior to the event, bike enthusiasts can take part in The Quail Ride. Held on May 4, the one-day ride will take participants through 100 miles of Carmel and Salinas Valley back roads and finish with a private dinner.

Tickets to The Quail Motorcycle Gathering are $65 per person, $15 for children 12 and under, and include lunch and live musical entertainment. To purchase event tickets, please visit www.quaillodgetickets.com.
