On April 11th, Christian Louboutin has unveiled their European online boutique, marking a new wave of innovations in store for the future. Shoppers will have the opportunity to shop via website by size, height, and color, making the options very easy for customers to choose from.

Christian Louboutin launched e-commerce in 2010 to the US and in 2011 in Canada, making their newest expansion to Europe ingenious with the label’s announcement digital innovations such as an iPhone app along with live chats with Louboutin representatives. This will allow shoppers the option to email or call reps related to their shopping purchase or just for advice while surfing the website.

This is a great opportunity for the shoe brand, after having so many problems with other sites in 2009 claiming to sell authentic Louboutins. The brand even had to issue a warning about these counterfeit sellers.

In addition to their e-commerce European expansion, WWD reports that very soon the brand will have an iPhone app, along with the chance to pre-order from the online store styles from the Fall 2012 collection with the unveiling of digital innovations.
