45 Park Lane Hotel to Host Event with Restaurant Owner Wolfgang Puck

The Dorchester collection’s 45 Park Lane hotel will be hosting a ‘California Evening’ event on April 30 with the property’s on-site restaurant owner and world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck.

The ‘California Evening’ is a one-time event that will give Puck the opportunity to mingle with the hotel’s affluent guests and bring attention to the property’s high-end culinary offerings. Taking place in Puck’s restaurant Cut inside the hotel, the event will feature a four-course menu of California-inspired dishes such as mini Kobe beef sliders, brioche buns and sweet pickles, lobster primavera, pan-roasted duck breast, grilled New York sirloin and a spring Vacherin cheese dish. Cut’s head sommelier, Vanessa Cinti, will offer American wines to compliment the meal. The meal is $153 per person, and if you include wine, it costs $233.

Rosana Fishbourne, the area director of communications at The Dorchester, London, said, “For our guests, Dorchester Collection becomes a lifestyle rather than simply a hotel or a restaurant or a spa. This event was created purely for the enjoyment of our guests. Mr. Puck likes to mingle at Cut at 45 Park Lane when he is in town. It is very much his style.”
