W South Beach Hotel and Residences Plays Host to Panel Discussion During WMC
The W South Beach Hotel and Residences hosted a panel discussion named, “In the Mix: The Importance of Mentorship,” on Thursday, March 22nd, to promote the growth of music and emerging DJs throughout the world.
In honor of the W hotel’s and burn studios DJ lab’s announcement of their move to Bali in 2012, the event was moderated by Editor of DJ Times, Jim Tremayne. The panel included industry big shots like George Hess of Strictly Rhythm, Maurice Bernstein of Giant Step, Jason Bentley of KCRW in LA, and W Hotels’ Global Music Director, Michaelangelo L’Acqua.
