VIPs are Wined and Dined by Chef Daniel Boulud

On Wednesday March 7th acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud welcomed a select group of guests to join him for dinner and wine pairings at his much-acclaimed downtown Miami eatery, db Bistro Moderne.

Chef Daniel featured the cuisine of his native city of Lyon, along with an array of Phone Valley wines made by the Chef’s good friend Jean Luc-Colombo.

The four-course French bistro dinner featuring Roasted Main Scallop, Duo of California Squab, Trio of Lamb and Chocolate Palet was paired with a 2009 St. Peray, 2007 Cornas “Ruchets” and the 2005 Cornas “Ruchets”.
