Located in the historic Brazilian Court, Chef Daniel Boulud’s Café is ideal for brunch on any Sunday.  Some essential meals here for brunch is the New Yorker, an everything bagel with smoked salmon, green olive schmear, shaved red onions and caperberries.  Another favorite is the Café Boulud Benedict, everything good about brunch is in this Benedict: fried eggs with spinach, crabmeat and tomato hollandaise all on a grilled sourdough sandwich.

Many agree that the Circle at the Breakers Hotel offers the best- and most expensive- brunch in Palm Beach.  For $90 per person, guests can choose from extensive menu or dine on the a la carte menu, most importantly; the dessert menu offers over 30 options.  With high-rise windows and vases full of yellow flowers on each table, the dining here is an elegant affair with a resort casual dress code.

Darbster specializes in vegetarian cuisine but it also makes meals for the carnivores.  That being said the brunch menu is full of organic meals, which are delicious, including Organic Tofu Scramble with red peppers, onion and mushroom.  Also for the adventurous diner, try the Raw Tuna Club, a sandwich with organic almond tuna salad, romaine, eggplant bacon, grape tomato and dill mayo.  The view of the ocean and palm trees surrounding the outside dining room; brunch here will be as peaceful as it is tasty.

With a globally inspired menu, expect an eclectic mix of foods while brunching at the Sundy House.  The dining here is reminiscent of a colorful home in Key West with plenty of sun and maybe an occasional chicken scurrying by.  With chicken on mind, the Chefs daily selection of poultry or pork on the brunch menu is always a good pick.
