The penthouse suite takes up the two top floors of the 90-story structure. The Christian de Portzamparc-designed tower includes 95 condos and includes 24-hour concierge and doormen, a screening and performance space, a triple-height indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a library, a catering kitchen, a function room, a crafts atelier, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a pet washing room and on-site parking.
The One57 Tower will be situated over a Hyatt Hotel, and is scheduled to open in 2013. The tower will stand taller than 1,004 feet, which will make it a notable landmark in New York upon completion.
