Accista Spa, a 12,000-square-foot facility on the pine- and oak-shaded grounds of the Hyatt Regency Monterey, has launched a new program that offers exclusive spa discounts and event access.
Accista Inspired membership costs just $250 annually, and includes an impressive selection of benefits starting with monthly spa specials and 10 percent off all spa services and retail items. Members will be treated to one complimentary 30-minute skin care analysis (plus one for a friend) during the year, and one complimentary 50-minute birthday treatment with a glass of wine. In addition, membership means a special gift for those booking a wedding anniversary couples treatment, along with a free scent analysis at Ajne in Carmel, where professionals mix organic custom perfumes and skin care products.
Accista Inspired members also receive a shopping tote filled with spa products upon registration, as well as 10 percent off at several Hyatt restaurants in Monterey and Carmel Highlands: Knuckles, TusCA, Fireplace Lounge, California Market, Pacific’s Edge and Sunset Lounge. And, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month, members are eligible for a “Wellness Wednesday” discount of one complimentary treatment for a friend with the booking of another treatment of equal or greater value.
In April, Accista Spa will also launch its new TGIS (Thank Goodness I Spa!) series. On the third Thursday of each month through the end of 2012, guests can stop by between 6 and 7 p.m. for mini spa treatments, product sampling and socializing. McIntyre Vineyards will pour wine and the Hyatt Regency Monterey culinary team will provide hors d’oeuvres. Plus, a special speaker will address attendees once each quarter (June 21, September 20 and December 20). A complete speaker’s schedule will be released in April 2012. TGIS events are free to Accista Inspired members and a guest, or $20 for the general public.
