Century Properties Group Inc., a leading real estate firm in the Philippines, has partnered up with interior design company MISSONIHOME to develop the Acqua Private Residences project’s 52-story Acqua Livingstone condominium tower in Manila. This will be the fourth of six condominium towers developed in the project.
Century Properties launched Acqua Livingstone following the successful sellout of the first three Acqua towers in Niagara, Sutherland and Dettifoss. MISSONIHOME, which is known for its creative use of patterns and prints in its designs, will be playing with color to design the Acqua Livingstone tower, elaborating on “happiness, excitement, beauty, creativity, style and elegance”, according to Vittorio Missoni, marketing director and shareholder of Missoni S. p.A.
Among the highlights of the condominium tower is The Canopy, located at the building’s skydeck, a multi-level amenity area that will be the pinnacle of MISSONIHOME’s design imprint. It will feature a business center, an indoor and outdoor gym, Jacuzzi, spa and library in the lower level, as well as an entertainment lounge with an amphitheater, DJ booth, dance floor, pool with swim up bar and barbecue facilities in the upper level. The mezzanine floor will offer an open-air dining area with panoramic views of the city.
The Missoni-designed tower is the second fashion-branded tower in Makati, a part of Manila. Century Properties is also building a Versace-branded tower there, of which 80 percent has already been sold.
