Holistic nutritionist, author and organic chef, Brigitte M. Britton, is joining local VIPs in an educational and energizing organic private breakfast to kick-off the much-anticipated South Beach Wine and Food Festival.

The delectable menu will feature the chef’s Mega Way lifestyle foods, which are rich in fiber, proteins and antioxidants and allows for a balanced nutrition, prioritizing the health of the body’s organs. Guests will nosh on quinoa protein pancakes and fresh berries while sipping coffee, fresh-squeezed orange and grapefruit juices and tea.

Among the quintessential benefits these recipes have to offer are promoting weight loss, increasing energy, stabilizing blood pressure and restoring emotional balance.
