2. La Folie

Seating from 4:30 to 10:30 PM. Serving a $165.00 five-course prix fixe menu with main dish choices of Pan Seared Prime Creekstone Beef Tenderloin with Béarnaise croquette, bone marrow custard (Kobe Wagyu option for an additional $60.00) or Wild Black Bass with braised leeks and oxtail short rib. Chocolate treat for every table.
3. Epic Roasthouse
Three course menu with choices such as Red Oak and Upland Cress Salad, Wood Oven Roasted Seafood Paella, and Rhubarb Strawberry Doberge Cake.
4. Alexander’s Steakhouse San Francisco

Open 5:30 to 10:00 PM. Serving a special a la carte dinner menu with main course entrées including “Cote de Boeuf” with prime, 21 day dry aged, bone-in ribeye (for two), and a whole Maine Lobster with Meyer lemon risotto. Every table will receive a complimentary flower.

Open 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Serving their regular a la carte dinner menu with specials of the day, plus a $65.00 three-course prix fixe dinner menu with choices. The prix fixe entrée choices will be Grilled Australian Lamb Chops with watercress, Fuji apple and pomegranate vinaigrette; Pan-Seared Hawaiian Albacore Tuna with green garlic, pea shoots and a preserved lemon and carrot-ginger emulsion; or Stuffed Eggplant Clay Pot with kohlrabi, gai lan and preserved bean curd. Special a la carte dinner entrées will include “Land and Sea” for two with pan seared sea scallops and red wine-braised Coloradolamb shank with truffle celery root purée. On Valentine’s Day Executive Chef Peter Rudolph is offering Madera guests a four-course tasting menu. The Michelin-starred signature restaurant at Rosewood Sand Hill offers a beautiful romantic setting with a picturesque view of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The cost for the Valentine’s menu is $95 per person with the option to add wine pairings for $50 per person.

Charlie Palmer’s celebrated Dry Creek Kitchen will offer an elegant six-course Valentine’s Day Gala Dinner for $99 per guest or $178 with wine pairings. The “Valentine’s Wrap Around Weekend Menu” will be offered Friday, February 10th through Tuesday, February 14th. Menu highlights include Chilled Oyster with Meyer Lemon Sorbet and Encapsulated Red Verjus; Crimson Ivory Soup with Roasted Red Beet, Slow-cooked Walla-Walla Onion, and Cured Duck Breast; Roasted and Butter Poached Maine Lobster with Exotic Potato Mousseline and Passion Fruit Beurre Blanc; and for dessert, a Red Velvet Torte with Raspberry Champagne and Passion Fruit Foam.
