Menu selections include: Drakes Bay Oysters with Strawberry Mignonette and Rose Champagne Granite; Lobster Fettuccini with Pickled Ginger Butter, Poached Lobster and Mint Cilantro; Grilled Akaushi Filet Mignon with White Asparagus, Roasted Chanterelles, Lovage and Red Currant Reduction; Brie De Jouvence with violet flower honey tuille and Wild Fennel Pollen, and Chocolate Truffle with Bora Bora Vanilla Anglaise, Strawberry Beignet and Strawberry Verbena Ice Cream.

Executive Chef Kory Stewart of Americano Restaurant is offering a three-course dinner on Valentine’s Day. Menu selections include: Blood Orange and Medjool Date Salad with Shaved Parmesan and Toasted Almonds, Seared Sea Scallops with Saffron Fregola and Fava Beans, and Fritto Misto of local oysters and winter vegetables.  Cost is $55 per person.  Optional wine pairing is $25 per person.
