The Garden Restaurant At Sentosa Resort & Spa, Vietnam, Hosting Chef Vy

The Garden restaurant at the deluxe Sentosa Resort & Spa will be savoring Hoi An cuisine with special Vietnamese Guest Chef Ms Trinh Diem Vy on Feb. 8 to 12 2012.

There will be a ton of guest chef events, including a welcome and farewell gala dinner at The Garden, cooking classes and a special Sunday Brunch with Ms. Vy and the hotel’s culinary team at The Terrace. Together, they will prepare several Vietnamese favorites. During Sunday Brunch, guests will also have the opportunity to meet Ms. Vy.

Chef Trinh Diem Vy is an experienced chef who has opened three restaurants, a baker and patisserie and a popular culinary school. She is a recognized Vietnamese chef.
