In just one week, Studio Gourmet will feature Jason Berthold, Executive Chef from famed Michael Mina Restaurant, RN74.

“What is Studio Gourmet” you ask?  In the words of Studio Gourmet, it is the “talk show that is NOT about food”.  Highlighting the spirit of education, food and community, these intimate events feature an insider peek into the chef’s experience.

Next Tuesday, guests will be in for a special treat when Berthhold shares intimate details of his cuisine.  ”Berthold thrives on delivering pure, vibrant flavors that showcase each ingredient with equal enthusiasm and respect.”

Enjoy the evening filled with cocktails, nibbles, an exciting cooking demonstrations from Mr. Berthold himself, an intimate Q&A, and a tasting from the chef’s featured dish.  Special Guest, Master Sommelier Catherine Fallis will be on hand to pair wines with Jason’s dishes.
