An Emmy Award winner has newly listed his beautiful Spanish Colonial residence in the Los Feliz’s neighborhood of Los Angeles for $7.5 million.

Best known for his role as Dr. Niles Crane on NBC’s eleven-season show Frasier, David Hyde Pierce purchased this estate in 2003 and revitalized it with restorations and renovations the following year.

The Spanish-style home is truly a magnificent build. Originally, it was constructed in 1929 and has seven bedrooms, eight and a half baths and a guesthouse with one bedroom and two bathrooms. All baths are constructed to fit the 1920s style.
