Spanish Colonial Home of David Hyde Pierce Listed for $7.5 Million

An Emmy Award winner has newly listed his beautiful Spanish Colonial residence in the Los Feliz’s neighborhood of Los Angeles for $7.5 million.

Best known for his role as Dr. Niles Crane on NBC’s eleven-season show Frasier, David Hyde Pierce purchased this estate in 2003 and revitalized it with restorations and renovations the following year.

The Spanish-style home is truly a magnificent build. Originally, it was constructed in 1929 and has seven bedrooms, eight and a half baths and a guesthouse with one bedroom and two bathrooms. All baths are constructed to fit the 1920s style.

The residence has a large range of attractive features such as a rotunda entrance with a stained glass ceilings to greet you, a home theater, a large gym, a library/study room, storage rooms and a spa-style bath with a steam room and sauna, which compliments its private pool with an outdoor fireplace. The formal dining room is banquet-sized and the house also has a living room with a baronial fireplace as well as a lush den with a second fireplace. Additionally, for you wine-lovers, this mansion also contains a wine vault.
