Healdsburg’s annual Pigs and Pinot Celebration is already sold out! Tickets for the epicurean extravaganza have been on sale for less than two weeks, and this year’s lineup has already shaped up to be a hot ticket for Hotel Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Kitchen.
If you are one of the lucky ticket holders, get ready for a special treat. From March 23-24, renowned chefs and master sommeliers will showcase some of the world’s greatest Pinots and pork pairings. Guest chefs include Charlie Palmer & Dustin Valette, Guy Fieri, Michael Mina, Casey Thompson, Phillippe Rispolli, and Michael White.
The events leading up to year’s Pigs & Pinot Celebration have already become crowd-pleasers. On January 12, Dry Creek Kitchen hosted special media preview of Chef Charlie Palmer’s seventh-annual celebration. During this exclusive preview, guests experienced the blind tasting Pinot Cup process and helped complete a celebratory pairing menu of pork and pinot. Charlie Palmer and Dry Creek Kitchen Chef de Cuisine Dustin Valette presented three main course food options and the group was tasked to choose the winning food and wine pairing. This pairing will be featured on a special pre-Pigs & Pinot tribute menu offered at Dry Creek Kitchen.
If you were not able to secure tickets to the main events on March 23 and 24, not to worry! Hotel Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Kitchen has a host of dinners and festivities to keep Pigs & Pinot enthusiasts satisfied. Stop in during the months of February and March for pork inspired meals paired with favorite pinots or join Hotel Healdsburg for the weekend and experience a complete Pigs & Pinot immersion.
